What are your best understandings about?

1. How the phases of the moon occur?

 - The phases of the moon occur because the we can see light from the sun reflecting at different points on the moon.

2. What causes the seasons?

 - I think the seasons are caused by the proximity of the Earth to the sun? I am not sure though because different areas of the earth have different seasons at the same time. 

3. What causes a lunar eclipse?

   - A lunar eclipse occurs when the sun aligns perfectly behind the moon from the Earth's view.
